Accounting

  • allows undifferentiated products that come from many vendors to be tracked by vendor and lot, to be separately costed, to be tracked for sales and purchasing analysis by vendor
  • quality assessment of each lot can be made and placed in the data base, allowing evaluation of stock levels by quality and good quality products reserved for those willing to pay higher prices.

Serialization

  • products may be tracked by serial number, allowing tracking of warrantied products
  • can be updated in all inventory related transactions

Inventory Adjustments

  • Adjustments are coded by reason codes to allow tracking of spoilage and obsolescence.
